Peanut Butter Bars (from Eszter.com)

Thanks to the Clawsons for this one!

Ingredients:
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
3/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1 cup sifted flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup (and a little) chocolate chips
big baking pan

How to prepare:
Measure the peanut butter so it is level in a cup; then mix in butter and vanilla until smooth. Add brown sugar and mix until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition. Add and stir in flour until blended. Add chocolate chips. Grease baking pan by smearing a very small amount of butter around the bottom. Then put the batter in the pan. Put in oven on top rack and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
